We've stayed in many places in Whitby over the years, but Rose And Crown Yard is definitely one of the best. The cottage itself is beautifully decorated, clean, and has a real homely feel. The owners were incredibly welcoming and even provided a thoughtful welcome basket. The location is perfect, right in the heart of town and with amazing views of the Abbey. We had everything we needed and can't recommend this place enough!
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Absolutely loved our stay! The cottage was beautifully renovated and had a homely feel to it. The owners were fantastic and provided detailed instructions on how to get there and where to park. They even allowed us to check in early and check out late. The welcome basket with wine, chocolate, and toiletries was a lovely touch. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the town and just a short walk away from shops, cafes, and bars. Plus, we had a great view of the Abbey!
Only one small issue on arrival with the lack of house number in our correspondence, but the owner guided us to the door when we called.
